Observed multiple chlorine sanitizer buckets and the sanitizer located in the 3-compartment sink with to much chlorine. Chlorine sanitizers solutions should have a reading of between 100-200ppm to prevent cross contamination.
COS: Added water to bring the ppm down. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
