Correct By: 01/22/2021 Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Observed whipping cream on counter at 71 degrees Fahrenheit, 2% milk on counter at 43 degrees Fahrenheit, and 2% milk at 53 degrees Fahrenheit holding for an unknown amount of time. COS PIC voluntarily discarded during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
