Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed chlorine sanitizer solution registering 0ppm with a chemical Test kit at the (3) compartment sink. A Chlorine solution sanitizer shall have a minimum temperature based on the concentration and PH of the solution 50 - 99 Mg/L at 75 Degrees. The manager added bleach to the solution inside the (3) compartment sink until it registered between 50 -100ppm Chlorine with a Chemical Test kit. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
