Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(e)] Observed Cooked Potatoes in a crock pot in the reach with a cover on. 2. When placed in cooling or cold holding equipment, food containers in which food is being cooled shall be: (i) Arranged in the equipment to provide maximum heat transfer through the container walls; and (ii) Loosely covered, or uncovered if protected from overhead contamination during the cooling period to facilitate heat transfer from the surface of the food. The cover was removed during the inspection. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed accumulated debris on the filters of the cookline ventilation exhaust hood in the kitchen. Intake and exhaust air vents shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt and other materials. New Violation.
