Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] No CFSM on staff. Food service establishment must have a certified food safety manager employed at all times. This facility has been in violation of this code provision as far back as 2017. Facility has 30 DAYS to achieve compliance. Repeat Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] No paper towels provided at main kitchen handsink. Each handsink must be provided with paper towels at all times. COS: PIC placed paper towels on nearby table for use. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed chest freezer with damage along sides and back, handle broken, and seals deteriorating. PIC states freezer will be replaced. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(d)] Observed 3 compartment sink plumbed directly into floor pipe. The 3 compartment sink must be provided with at 1 inch air gap. It was recommended to PIC to install a floor drain for 3 compartment sink with 1 inch air gap. New Violation.
