Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed sanitizer bucket at bar area with 0ppm QAC or 0ppm chlorine sanitizer. PIC states it is a vinegar and dish soap solution. Sanitizer buckets must be maintained with an approved food service sanitizer. COS: PIC refilled bucket with QAC sanitizer at 200ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
