Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed chemical sanitization temperature of ware washing machine at 108 degrees Fahrenheit. A ware washing machine and its auxiliary components shall be operated in accordance with the machine's data plate and other manufacturer's instructions. New violation. Facility will conduct manual wash rinse and sanitize procedures at the (3) compartment . New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed accumulated food debris on the catch basin under the stove cooker unit. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep then clean to prevent contamination of food products. Note: Employee cleaned the catch basin.
