Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] No clean paper towels provided in men's restroom. All handwashing sinks must be provided with a hand drying provision. COS: PIC placed paper towels in dispenser. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(f)] Observed beef chili holding on wire rack off surface of flat top grill. Grill was not turned on. Beef chili temperature was 110F. Time/temperature controlled for safety foods must be hot held at 135F or higher. COS: Employee reheated chili to 165 and placed chili in hot box to hold. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
