Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed hot running water at hand sink in employee restroom at 87 Degrees Fahrenheit. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100 Degrees Fahrenheit through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Note: Facility will repair the faucet in the rest room and provide hot running water of at least 100 Degrees Fahrenheit. prior to opening. New Violation.
