COS: PIC removed tape and washed sugar scoop. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(k),(l)] Observed cardboard boxes stored outside back door. All refuse and recyclables must be stored inside a receptacle. COS: Employees placed all boxes inside dumpster. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
