Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(d)] Observed multiple bottles and other containers of unidentifiable food stored with no label. Food that is not easily identifiable must be labeled with its common name. COS: PIC labeled oil, cornstarch, white pepper. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Observed multiple wiping cloths stored on prep table damp. Wiping cloths for cleaning must be stored in sanitizer solution. COS: PIC placed wiping cloths in chlorine sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
