Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed inside of sugar dispenser with a tan substance, inside of ice machine with an accumulation of black slime, nozzles of both bar and server area beverage guns with an accumulation of debris. Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC cleaned the above surfaces. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed deteriorated door seals on preptop cooler in main kitchen and on keg cooler in bar area leading to doors left open and mold growth. Door seals shall be kept intact. PIC to replace door seals ASAP. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(1)(g)] Observed regular grained wood being used for a cutting board on a preptop cooler in main kitchen. Wood may not be used as a food-contact surface. PIC to replace wood with plastic or other approved material. New Violation.
