Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(l)] Observed dish machine registering 170 Degrees Fahrenheit for the final rinse cycle water temperature.
The temperature of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse as it enters the manifold may not be less than 180 Degrees Fahrenheit. Note: Manager contacted the dish machine company and a technician was will be coming out to service the dish machine.
The facility will conduct manual wash rinse and sanitize procedures at the (3) compartment sink. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed accumulated food debris above the dish machine.
Non - food contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris. The top of the dish machine was cleaned. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(f)] Observed burnt - out light bulb under the cook line ventilation exhaust hood.
Light intensity shall be at least 50 foot candles where a food employee is working with food.
