Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] observed ware washing Machine registering 0ppm of Chlorine when tested with a chemical test kit. A Ware washing machine and its auxiliary components shall be operated in accordance with the machine's data plate and other manufacturer's instructions. The Manager primed the ware washing machine and after running it through a few cycles it eventually registered between 50 - 100pp of Chlorine during the inspection. New Violation Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice machine. Equipment food - contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
