Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed sanitizing bucket inside a hand sink. Also observed a mobile rack placed in front of the other hand sink. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. Note: The rack was re - located and the sanitizing bucket was removed. New Violation. COS.
