Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed a bottle of Dunkin Donut Coffee half full on a prep table in the kitchen. Employees shall consume food in approved areas However drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands.
