Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(6)(g)] Observed fries chicken wings in the walk in cooler which was cooked yesterday with out any label. Ensure all TCS food items cooked on site and held for more than (24) hours are date labelled with an expiration date of not more than (7) days. With the day of preparation being the first day. Note: the PIC immediately labelled the rice during the inspection. new violation. cos New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed Chlorine Sanitizer solution at the (3) compartment sink with a concentration of chlorine of more than 200ppm. Ensure the concentration of chlorine sanitizer is between 50 -100 ppm. Note: PIC immediately diluted the sanitizer solution with water until it was adjusted to between 50 - 100 ppm. New Violation.
