Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed soda machine nozzles and area around soda nozzle with a buildup of debris. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: Employee cleaned nozzles and soda machine with sanitizer. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed a build-up of debris on interior of ice machine. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC to clean ice machine. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster in back of establishment with one door left open. Dumpster doors must be kept closed when not in use to prevent pests and rodents. COS: PIC closed dumpster door. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
