Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(j)1&2] Observed half full bottle of water at the front prep area. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. PIC removed the bottle water. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed Dishmachine registering 0ppm of chlorine with chemical test kit. Note: Ensure that the residual concentration of chlorine from the dish machine registers between 50 - 100ppm of chlorine. Note: PIC proceeded to wash, rinse and sanitize equipment at the (3) compartment sink. Repeat Violation. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed accumulated mold debris inside the ice making machine. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch PIC will break down the ice making machine at the end of the day and clean and sanitize it. New Violation.
