Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed front hand sin.k with hot water at 82 Degrees Fahrenheit. Ensure the hot running water at the front hand sink can maintain a temperature of 100 Degrees Fahrenheit. Note: every other sink in the facility was observed with hot water at the right temperature. New Violation. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed missing ceiling tiles in the kitchen . Replace all missing ceiling tiles in the facility. Note a smooth ceiling surface was observed above the missing ceiling tiles. PIC indicated she will remove the ceiling tiles as the original ceiling in the kitchen is smooth non - porous and easily cleanable. New Violation. New Violation.
