Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed chlorine sanitizer in two spray bottles with concentrations more than 400ppm. Ensure that the concentration of chlorine sanitizers used on food contact surfaces are between 50 - 100ppm. PIC immediately discarded the chlorine sanitizers and made new solutions that measured between 50 - 100ppm during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed (3) 1/2 Gallons containers of chocolate milk with sell by expiration dates of 3/4/2020. Ensure all TCS food items are disposed of by their sell by expiration dates. Note: PIC voluntarily discarded the expired chocolate milk during the inspection. New Violation. Corrected On-Site.
