Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizing bucket with a concentration less than 100ppm. Per the manufacturer the sanitizer is effective at concentrations of 200ppm or greater. COS: PIC immediately remade the sanitizer to a concentration of 200-400ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
