Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed scoops embedded in food with their handles in contact with the food. They were (3) bulky food containers containing Cornbread, flour and sugar. Note: pic Immediately adjusted the scoops and placed their handles above the top of the food items during the inspection. New Violation. cos Corrected On-Site.
