Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(2)] When inspector arrived, no PIC was present. Inspector asked employee who was in charge and she responded that the district manager would be in soon. There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. COS: District manager arrived during the inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 1-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(3)(a)] Posted CFSM certificate is for a previous district manager who is not employed at this location. This location does not currently have a store manager. Current district manager, James Weldon, is acting as store manager. James Weldon Cert No. 10586210 is expired 12/14/2018. Facility needs a CFSM that is on staff at this location and has supervisory responsibilities at this location alone. CFSM certifications must be maintained and current. Obtain a CFSM within 30 days. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed utensil sani station with 0ppm chlorine. Employee stated the sani stations were filled with pure water and PIC states they are out of approved sanitizer packets. A chemical sanitizer used in a sanitizing solution for a manual operation shall be used in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-registered label use instructions. COS: PIC and employees to wash rinse and sanitize utensils in lieu of using the sani stations until new sanitizer is ordered and available. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed accumulation of food debris around dumpster. A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean. COS: PIC cleaned up dumpster area during inspection. Corrected On-Site.
