Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(c)] Observed transmission fluid and other automotive fluids stored on dry food storage racks in main kitchen. Toxic materials must be stored away from food. Toxic materials not necessary for food service should be stored outside of the establishment. COS: PIC moved materials away from dry goods. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed inspection report dated 6/18 posted. A copy of the most recent inspection report must be posted at all times. COS: PIC posted this inspection report during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed single service plastic cup being used to scoop ranch dressing in walk-in cooler (stored in container). In-use utensils must be stored with their handles facing out of the food. COS: PIC discarded cup and replaced it with a ladle. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(d)] Observed wall behind liquid margarine container coated with dried margarine. Observed wall next to prep-top cooler splattered with pizza sauce. Non food-contact surfaces must be cleaned. PIC to clean and maintain these surfaces. Repeat Violation.
