Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed handwashing sink being used to dry wiping cloths. A handwashing sink shall be used only for handwashing and maintained accessible at all times. COS: PIC removed wiping cloths and placed them in dirty linens container. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2E Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(6)] No clean-up procedure or chemical effective against norovirus is available. Food-service establishments must have a written procedure for vomit/diarrheal event clean-up and a chemical effective against norovirus. A clean-up procedure was provided by the health authority. Discussed with PIC the need to have a clean-up kit in the establishment. Discussed with PIC the need to have regular bleach or another chemical effective against norovirus at all times. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed debris accumulated in both tea nozzles in lobby area. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS:PIC removed tea nozzles, scrubbed, and sanitized them. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed QAC sanitizer bucket at 0ppm concentration in main kitchen. QAC sanitizer must be maintained at a concentration according to the manufacturer (usually 150-400ppm). COS: PIC refilled sanitizer bucket with fresh sanitizer which measured 200ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation
