Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(a)1] Observed food residue on the inside of the drive-thru and front lobby tea nozzles. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC to scrub the nozzles in addition to sanitizing them. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 11D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(2)(x)] No thermometer or other temperature measuring device was located inside reach-in cooler behind front counter. All hot and cold holding units must be provided with a temperature measuring device to allow for proper temperature monitoring. COS: PIC placed new thermometer in reach-in cooler. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(n)] Observed dumpster door left open. Dumpster doors and lids must remain closed when not in use to prevent potential pest/rodent harborage. COS: PIC closed dumpster door. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p)] Observed grease spillage around dumpster area. The receptacle area should be maintained clean and free of debris. PIC to clean grease from dumpster area. New Violation.
