Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed main kitchen sanitizer bucket with 0ppm QAC sanitizer concentration. QAC sanitizer solution must be kept at a concentration according to the manufacturer (usually 150 - 400ppm). COS: PIC made fresh sanitizer solution using chlorine bleach. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
