Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(3)(g)] No temperature measuring device is provided for prep-top cooler across from grill. Each hot and cold holding unit in an establishment must be provided with a temperature measuring device to help monitor proper holding temperatures. PIC to provide a temperature measuring device for prep-top cooler. New Violation. 12A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(i)] Observed cut lettuce being stored immersed in water in walk-in cooler. Only whole, raw fruits or vegetables; cut, raw vegetables such as celery or carrot sticks or cut potatoes; and tofu may be immersed in ice or water. COS: PIC drained water from lettuce. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 13A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.02(1)(d)] Observed inspection report posted from 6/11/2018, not the most recent. The most recent inspection report shall be posted in public view at all times. COS: PIC posted a copy of this inspection report. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 15A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(a)] Observed gasket on preptop cooler left door damaged and hanging off door. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. PIC to have gasket replaced.
