Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(a)] Observed PIC wash her hands without using soap. Food employees shall use the following cleaning procedures in the order stated to clean their hands (1) Rise under clean running warm water (2) Apply an amount of cleaning compound recommended by the clean compound manufacturer. Note: The Health Inspector told the PIC to return to the hand sink which she did, and she properly washed her hands with hand soap during the inspection. New Violation. COS. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-1B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.03(5)(c)] Observed employee cooking food with gloves on, she then proceeded to clean her mouth with the back portion of the glove on her left hand. Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately after touching bare human parts other than clean hands and clean exposed arms. Note: The Health Inspector told the employee to change her gloves and wash her hands with hand soap which she did at the designated hand sink during the inspection. New Violation. COS. New Violation. 10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed two Plastic containers of 1 Gallon Milk with a self - by expiration date of 06-05-2019. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs infant formula Milk and time / temperature control safety foods that are labeled as "Keep Refrigerated" and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served or used after the Manufacturer's expiration or the sell - by date. Note: PIC immediately discarded the 2 containers of 1 gallon milk during the inspection. New Violation. cos. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
