Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(3)(b)] Observed grill handsink with no paper towels stocked. Handsinks must be provided with an approved hand drying provision at all times. COS: Employee stocked sink with paper towels. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(o)] Observed trash can blocking access to handwashing sink in grill area. A handwashing sink must be maintained accessible at all times for employee use. COS: PIC moved trash can to allow access to handwashing sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 2-2D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(2)(c)] Observed handwashing sink in grill area at a maximum temperature of 91F. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 100ºF (38ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. PIC to have handwashing sink maintained so it can provide water at 100F. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Observed main kitchen sanitizer bucket at 0ppm chlorine concentration. Chlorine sanitizer concentration should be maintained at a concentration of 50-100ppm. COS: Employee remade chlorine sanitizer to a concentration of 100ppm. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 17C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b)] Observed water leaking into lobby from top of windows at 2 locations during a rain event. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC to have windows repair so they do not leak during rainy weather. New Violation.
