Violation of Code: [511-6-1.07(6)(g)] Observed Quaternary Ammonia Sanitizer in sanitizer bucket exceeding 400ppm. Ensure that the Quaternary Sanitizer solution has a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm. PIC discarded the sanitizer and make a new sanitizer solution that had a concentration of between 150 - 400ppm of Quaternary Ammonia during the inspection. New Violation. cos Corrected On-Site.
