Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(1)] Observed 3 dented cans of pineapples stored among undented cans of pineapples located in the dry storage area. Dented cans should be separated from undented cans or discarded to prevent contamination.Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. COS: PIC immediately discarded the 3 dented cans. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
