Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Observed Sanitizer bucket with sanitizer chlorine solution measuring 0ppm. Ensure Chlorine Sanitizer solution maintains a chlorine concentration of 50 - 100ppm. Pic discarded the sanitizer solution and prepared a new one that had a chlorine concentration of between 50 - 100ppm during the inspection. Repeat violation.cos Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.
