Facility does not have a spill kit to respond to a fecal or vomit incident. Ensure facility has a spill kit for fecal and vomit procedures. New Violation. New Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Ice machine found to show signs of mold and mildew build up. Baffle is speckled with areas of mold. Also roof of ice chute, where ice is piling up to and contacting is showing similar areas. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of mold, mildew, and other debris. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized so clean to touch and sight. Repeat Violation. Ensure facility used approved thawing techniques to thaw TCS foods. Such as under refrigeration, under running water, in a microwave or as part of a convectional cooking process.
