Also roof of ice chute, where ice is piling up to and contacting is showing similar areas. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude the accumulation of mold, mildew, and other debris. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized so clean to touch and sight. Repeat Violation.
