Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(c)] Observed raw chicken (Final Cooking Temperature 165F) within a bowl stored next to raw beef (Final Cooking Temperature 145F) stored within a container. On the next rack, observed open box of raw chicken stored next to open box of raw beef. Foods should be stored based on cooking time/temperature to prevent food contamination from meat juices.
COS: PIC rearranged raw beef and raw chicken to ensure cross contamination does not take place. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
