Inpection Notes

Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(6)(n)] Quat spray bottle used for cleaning tables not testing any concentration. QAC must be maintained between 150-400 PPM in order to achieve sanitization. COS: Spray bottle refilled with chemical sanitizer. Repeat Violation. 4-2B Violation of Code: [511-6-1.05(7)(b)] Tea urn nozzles all contained heavy build up of mildew inside of food contact portion. Self service ice dispenser observed to contain mold along back edge of chute. Food contact portions of equipment must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent the accumulation of mold, mildew, and other debris. Tea urns must be cleaned at least once every 24 hours. COS: Tea urns taken off of counter and placed in 3 compartment sink. Nozzles were disassembled, and cleaned with a wire brush. Mold in ice chute was removed with a sanitized cloth. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation. 12C Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(m)] Wiping cloths scattered on surface above trash bin in dining area. In between uses, wiping cloths must be kept submerged in a chemical sanitizing solution in order to prevent microbial growth. Repeat Violation.
