10D Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(8)(b)] Observed gallon of milk with best by date of 4/3/24. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. Note: PIC voluntarily discarded the gallon of milk. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 14A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.04(4)(k)] Observed utensil stored in water with temperature less than 135°F next to grill. During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in a container of water if the water is maintained at a temperature of at least 135°F (57°C) and the container is cleaned at a frequency specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(7)(b)3(vi). Note: PIC removed utensil and replaced with container of water with temperature above 135°F. Corrected On-Site. New Violation. 16A Violation of Code: [511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h)] Observed both men and women's restroom hand sinks hot water reach peak temperature below 100°F. Hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food service establishment. Note: PIC adjusted hot water and both restroom hand sinks reached 100°F during inspection. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
