Football: Week 3 top defensive performances

Week 3 had some impressive defensive performances. 

East Forsyth linebacker Kellen Moran gets this week's top performance, turning in 17 total tackles and two for a loss. Below is a list of Week 3 top defensive performers.

Cherokee Bluff (lost to North Hall 43-31)
CB Dylan Haley had 4 tackles, 1 Interception, 2 PBU.
LB Brett Pierce recorded 7 tackles, 1 TFL and 1 QB pressure.
LB Connor Cook totaled 6 tackles, 1 TFL and 1 sack.


Chestatee (beat West Hall 62-28)
LB Joe Blaker had 9 tackles and 1 TFL.
DE Hayden Sullens had 7 tackles.


Dawson County (lost to East Jackson 37-22)
LB Josiah Holtzclaw had 10 tackles,


East Forsyth (beat Winder-Barrow 21-14)
LB Kellen Moran had 17 tackles and 2 TFL.
LB Knox Allen had 12 tackles, 2 TFL and one sack.
LB Jake Hudson had 8 tackles and 1 TFL.


Flowery Branch (beat Forsyth Central 38-7)
LB Eli Poole had 8 tackles.


North Hall (beat Cherokee Bluff 43-31)
LB Dalton Hulsey had 9 tackles and 1 interception,
LB Buddy Clark had 8 tackles,
CB Connor Harwood turned in 8 tackles.
LB Parker Carlton had 7 tackles,
DB Wade Haynes had 6 tackles.


Jackson County (beat Dacula 30-26)
DB Tyler Mobbs had 9 tackles and one interception.
LB Noah Bade had 13 tackles and 2 TFL.
LB Caylor Phillips had 7 tackles.

LB Eli Primm had 10 tackles. 
LB Max Brown had 7 tackles.


Lumpkin County (beat Hart County 19-14)
FS Parker Cox had 9 tackles.
