GAINESVILLE, Ga. — North Hall racked up 380 yards en route to a 49-6 scrimmage win over Flowery Branch at The Brickyard on Thursday.
It marked the end of the preseason for both squads.
The Trojans tallied 279 yards through the air behind a two-quarterback performance. Alex Schlieman was 8-of-10 passing for 157 yards and two touchdowns, and Smith McGarvey completed four of seven passes for 112 yards and a touchdown.
Cole Cable hauled in the most yards with 202 on five catches and two scores.
Luke Jenkins and Parker Carlton rushed for 34 yards each. Jenkins rushed in for two TDs, while Carlton had one.
The Falcons rushed for 142 yards, with Griffen Harper leading the way with 49 yards and a touchdown. Dartavious Bledson had 47 yards on the ground.
North Hall is off next week and will open the season at Wesleyan on August 23. Flowery Branch will host Jackson County to open the season next Friday.
