A Gainesville man was arrested last week on charges of child molestation after incidents reported in late 2023.
Gainesville Police Lt. Kevin Holbrook said Christopher Lewis, age 37, was arrested on March 29 after an investigation into the alleged molestation of a 13-year-old child. The incidents were reported to police via a school counselor in December 2023.
No other details on the alleged incidents were provided. Lewis is being held in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Wednesday afternoon.
