A missing person is being reported by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO).
JCSO reports that the missing person has been identified as 33-year-old Michael Dean Campbell.
Campbell was reported missing on Tuesday and was discharged from The Potter’s House on Dec. 2.
An anonymous complainant told police he may be in South Carolina and is possibly in and out of hotels.
The Potter’s House is an addiction recovery facility located in Jefferson, and police say Campbell has issues with drugs and has an active probation warrant out of Barrow County.
Campbell is described as 6-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 205-lbs.
