LEXINGTON, Ga. - Commerce wasted no time getting points on the scoreboard as the Tigers routed Oglethorpe County, 55-14, Friday night.
Oglethorpe County scored the first touchdown of the night on the first play of the game, but the Tigers went on to reel off 49 straight points before the Patriots scored again in the fourth quarter.
Jacari Huff had a pair of rushing touchdowns in the first half, tallying 135 yards on just four carries. He also had a scoop-and-score in the first half. Tysean Wiggins also netted two touchdowns in the first half, amassing 91 yards on seven touches.
The Tigers will take on Banks County at home next week.
