The skeletal remains that were found in Towns County earlier this year have been identified.
41-year-old Timothy Proctor from Missouri was the person found. His remains were sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Medical Examiner’s Office where his death was ruled as a suicide.
The remains were found on Jan. 1 this year on Gumlog Road.
