A man from Cumming was lying in the curve of a private driveway Saturday morning when a driver did not see the man and ran over him.
The incident occurred Saturday at approximately 6:30 a.m. at 6350 Wagner Way in North Forsyth. Elias Santana-Garcia, 21, of Cumming, was reportedly lying in the curve of a private driveway when a 22-year-old driving a GMC Savana van did not see him and ran the victim over.
Santana-Garcia was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Forsyth County spokeswoman Stacie Miller.
The incident is still under investigation and no other details have been provided at this time.
