No injuries reported in Monday morning residential fire

A two-story home was engulfed in flames Monday morning in Hall County, displacing two adults and one child.

Crews with Hall County Fire Rescue arrived at approximately 2:00 a.m. to the 3500 block of Lamplighter Cove Road after receiving reports of a residential fire, according to spokeswoman Kimberlie Ledsinger.

Upon arrival, units found a two-story home fully engulfed in flames.

Responders began a defensive attack on the blaze and eventually suppressed the fire from the exterior.

No injuries were reported and all of the residents were able to safely exit the home prior to the arrival of HCFR.

The American Red Cross was notified to assist the two adults and one child who were displaced.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Hall Couty Fire Marshal’s Office.
