A former public servant to the town of Alto has passed away.
Former Vice-Mayor and Town Councilor Carolyn Cabe died Friday, September 29.
Cabe was also the former owner/operator of Heavens Touch Florist for 15 years, and a home health aide for 20 years during her career.
Private family services are being held through Cornelia's McGahee-Griffin and Stewart Funeral home at a later date. Carolyn Cabe was 76.
