The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested on Tuesday a Banks County man who is accused of sexual exploitation of children.
Colby Dean Tucker, 25, is charged with one count of possessing child abuse sex materials and one count of distributing these materials.
The GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit began an investigation into Tucker’s online activity, which led to a search warrant of his home in Banks County.
Tucker is now behind bars at the Banks County Jail.
The Banks County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Secret Service helped the GBI with this case.
