A Gainesville man was arrested Wednesday for the alleged molestation of a child early in November.
According to a press release from the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Michael Dennis Hill, 33, was charged with one felony count of child molestation.
The alleged act occurred at some point during the first week of November against a child who is under the age of 16. Hill and the child knew each other.
The victim told a family member about the incident, who then reported it to law enforcement.
Hill remained in the Hall County Jail without bond as of Thursday morning.
