At last report, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation continues a search for four suspects identified in a murder case out of Gilmer County. On Sunday, the agency released photos of a fifth suspect, who has yet to be identified.
The victim in the case, Rossana Delgado, 37, of Bethlehem was found dead on Tuesday, April 20 at a location in Cherry Log. GBI agents said Delgado had been reported missing on April 16. She had last been seen on that date in Stone Mountain, GA.
A Gainesville man is among the four identified suspects. The GBI identified him as 35-year-old Juan Ayala-Rodriguez.
The other suspects in the case are Oscar Manuel Garcia, 26, of Austell, GA, and Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez, 29, of Oklahoma City, OK. Megan Alyssa Colone, 30, of Stone Mountain is a fourth suspect, and the GBI believes she is traveling with her young children, possibly using the alias Grace Beda.
Agents said they do not have an identity on the fifth suspect at this time.
All five suspects are objects of a nationwide search.

If you see any of these individuals, do not approach them. Call 911 immediately.
This investigation is still very active. The GBI and the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office continue to coordinate with the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office, the DeKalb County Police Department, and the Chamblee Police Department, as well as multiple state, local and Federal agencies to locate and hold the responsible parties accountable.
The autopsy results are pending.
Upon completion of this investigation, the file will be provided to the Appalachian Judicial Circuit District Attorney for prosecution.
